Terms of Service

1. The service

Supermike is a forecasting engine operated by Spectre Intelligence, Inc. It produces model-generated probabilistic estimates in response to questions about future events, together with supporting evidence and reasoning.

2. Not professional advice

Forecasts are provided for informational purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, or investment advice, and they are not a solicitation to trade, wager, or take any action. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.

3. No warranty

Forecasts are probabilistic estimates produced by an automated system. They are not guarantees or statements of fact, and they can be wrong. The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or availability.

4. The public record

Forecasts published to the ledger are part of an append-only, hash-chained public record. Published records cannot be edited or deleted — that permanence is a core feature of the service.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spectre Intelligence, Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on forecasts or from use of the service.
